Shipping Policy

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after they are placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout before payment. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We currently ship within the United States. If a destination cannot be served, we will contact you and cancel the order for a full refund.

Please review your shipping address carefully. We are unable to reroute a package once it has been handed to the carrier. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at additional cost.

Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume periods can extend transit times beyond the estimate shown at checkout. If a shipment appears stalled, email Shipping@marketsculpt.store and we will follow up with the carrier.

Report a lost or damaged shipment within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order reference and photos of any damage to the packaging and product so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Pallet and case quantities of sealed drinking water ship on freight terms quoted per order, including delivery location, access requirements, and lead time.
