Returns & Refunds

Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Start a request by emailing Return@marketsculpt.store with your order reference and the reason for the return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all lids, straws, and included accessories. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept bottles that have been used for a beverage.

Consumable items — including aroma rings, aroma pods, and replacement straws — cannot be returned once opened. Sealed bulk drinking water and custom bulk orders are non-returnable except where the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We process exchanges as a return plus a new order, so the replacement item is not held in reserve while the return is in transit.
